Notes
Tariff 1 applies Monday to Friday 6am to 9pm and Tariff 3 Saturday and Sunday 6am to 9pm. Tariff 2 applies Monday to Thursday 9pm to 6am and Friday 9pm to midnight. Other nights use Tariff 4: £3.40 for the first 107.28 m, then 20p per 107.28 m, so longer weekend-night trips cost a little more than estimated here.
Extras (capped at £6.00 in total): 20p for hirings starting at Temple Meads station (not pre-booked), 50p for each adult after the first, 30p for each medium bag and 50p for each large bag, pram or pushchair, £1.00 for a folding bicycle, £2.00 for a non-folding bicycle, £1.00 for a caged animal and £2.00 for an uncaged animal. Assistance dogs and wheelchairs are free. A fouling charge of £100 may apply.
The meter must be used for journeys within the city boundary. Bristol Airport is outside the boundary, so agree the fare first; the airport’s official taxi partner is Zoom Cars.
