Trips from Phoenix Sky Harbor use rates set by the airport for all taxi companies: $7.00 for the first mile, $2.60 per additional mile, $36.00 per hour of traffic delay and an $18.00 minimum fare, the same regardless of passengers or bags. A $20 flat rate applies from the airport to downtown Phoenix (Roosevelt St, Lincoln St, 7th Ave and 7th St).
Yellow Cab lists Mesa as part of its Phoenix-area service area. Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport is closer to east Mesa but Sky Harbor is the main airport.
