Each trip also pays a monthly fuel surcharge, which the Parking Authority resets from the average gas price: $1.45 per trip for October 2026.
Flat rate of $32.00 between Philadelphia International Airport and the Center City Zone (between the rivers, Washington Avenue to Fairmount Avenue, plus parts of University City). From the airport the flat rate covers one passenger, with $1.00 for each additional passenger over 12. The $1.50 egress fee is not added to flat-rate trips. The minimum fare for metered trips from an airport cabstand is $13.00, including the egress fee.
Tolls are paid by the passenger and cover the round trip: one-way tolls such as the bridges to New Jersey are paid whichever direction you travel, and tolls charged in each direction, such as turnpike tolls, are doubled. No charge for luggage.
