One charge of $1.00 covers all additional passengers, however many there are. A $2.00 charge applies to telephone dispatch, and a $15.00 fee applies during a declared snow emergency. No charge for luggage or animals.
Airport surcharges and tolls are passed on at cost. Reagan National Airport is in Virginia and adds a $3.00 airport fee to trips starting there.
